Black Youth Career Launch
Program
This program focuses on the start and development of skills for careers and opportunities within high demand industries including STEM, entrepreneurship, digital marketing, finances and many more. Our goal is to see all participants transition into the workplace or into further education in one of these industries. Knowledge is power and can be a key to many doors and opportunities. We want to support Black youth in opening and securing as many doors and opportunities as possible.

Mentorship
Mentorship is a key element to this program. Mentorship allows you an opportunity to directly work with professionals and receive valuable information and tips on working in the field of STEM, business, and many other industries.
Job Shadowing
Much like Mentorship, Job shadowing is a key element to the program and is a highly effective method of training. Job Shadowing adds a better probability for our participants to gain employment at the end of their program.
